Child Dedication

Selection Types:

• Child Being Dedicated: Select this for the child that is being dedicated
• Parent(s) of Child Being Dedicated: This helps us know exactly who to add to the Child Dedication Certificate
• Other Family/Friends: This helps us know who else is coming so we have a headcount for food
• Children for Childcare: Childcare is provided for this event for children up to 5th grade. This helps us to supply the appropriate childcare team.

When you complete your registration, you will be asked to complete a form that allows you to upload a few photos of your child for us to show during the service. You will also receive this form in your email confirmation. All photos must be submitted no later than Sunday, July 5.

Light refreshments are provided at this event, Please register everyone who will be attending with you so that we know how much food to prepare.
